Our Mission
At Adjust To Success, we are committed to providing our clients with the roadmap to progress from the intrigue stage to becoming an industry rock star. Our mission is to empower 1,000 prospective IA's to follow their dreams of independence and turn the insurance industry on its head. No longer is the independent adjuster alone in their journey. Adjust To Success is the landmark for a network of like minded individuals expecting more for the efforts we put in!
Expertise
Our journey began shortly after college. Our story is one of an entrepreneurial type. I was recognized while working in our local neighborhood doing odd jobs (mowing lawns, snow removal, trimming hedges, moving furniture) you name it. The clientele list grew simply from door to door marketing and from there I was offered the opportunity to continue our efforts for a storm restoration exterior construction company. Landed our first 'real' job. The insurance restoration roofing field was where the jump into insurance occurred and 4 years following our start here, we branched into the independent adjusting realm. Like you, I knew of the career but had no idea where to turn and very few people to point me in the right direction. Through trial and error along with industry connections, I learned the industry, excelled and have not produced under a 6 figure year to this point which is even sweeter when you know you are providing an important meaningful service for both the insured and insurance carrier.
Why not you?
The property insurance industry is an extremely extensive one with a wide array of opportunity. Starting fresh, this industry can be very overwhelming and leave you with analysis paralysis. Where do I get certified, what companies will give me a chance, what license do I even need; these are a small number of the overarching questions that overwhelmed me out of the gate. Even more so, what do you do once you address these previous questions and boom your in box shows your first claim. Excitement overcomes you followed by that quick realization that your understanding as a whole isn't as strong as you once thought. Then it hits you, you are an INDEPENDENT adjuster meaning exactly that, you are INDEPENDENTLY responsible for getting your final product over that finish line. This may seem like an extremely daunting task but with a solid support network and implementation of systems, these concerns quickly subside.
